don’t forget gpodder for windows.. I searched and searched for a decent (non-itunes) windows client when I was forced to move onto windows at work.. and the gpodder for windows client blows juice out of the water.

Ofcom is not involved with podcasts – there is Ofcom licence for podcasts. Are you perhaps referring to PRS / PPL / MCPS music licences for podcasts?
